Ram is my friend. He reads in class 10th. He knows Hindi, but he doesn’t know English. I want to teach him English. Ram has been an intelligent student, so he will not have to face many difficulties.
उसे हिंदी का अच्छा ज्ञान है। उसने वर्षों हिंदी पढ़ी है। उसने हिंदी में कविताएँ भी लिखी है। वह संस्कृत का भी अध्ययन करने जा रहा है। उसने हमेशा मेरी मदद की है। मैं भी वर्षों से उसकी मदद करता रहा हूँ। मैं आज सुबह से उसे अंग्रेजी पढ़ा रहा हूँ।
He has a good knowledge of Hindi. He has read Hindi for years. He has also written poems in Hindi. He is also going to learn/study Sanskrit. He has always helped me. I have also been helping him for years. I have been teaching him English since today morning.
राम के पिता एक हाकिम हैं। उन्हें सुबह से शाम तक काम करना पड़ता है। अतः उनके पास राम के लिए समय नहीं है, लेकिन मेरे पास राम के लिए समय है। राम को अंग्रेजी पढ़नी है। वह इसके लिए तैयार है। उसे अंग्रेजी का अच्छा ज्ञान होगा। मैंने उसे पढ़ाने का वादा किया है। इसलिए मैंने उसे समय दिया है। परंतु उसे नियमित होना पड़ेगा। उसे समय पर आना होगा।
Ram’s father is an officer. He has to work since morning to evening. Thus, he has no time for Ram, but I have time for Ram . Ram has to read English. He is ready for it. He will have a good knowledge of English. I have promised to teach him. So, I have given him time. But he will have to be regular. He will have to come at time.
